The United States Congress has recently passed health care reform, or more popularly known as, ObamaCare. This legislation has severe Constitutional problems, problems which are already being addressed by our esteemed Attorney General, Ken Cuccinelli. It is my firm belief that we must act firmly and decisively in rejecting this overt encroachment of socialism in America. To that end, I reaffirm my support of the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and call on the federal government as represented by Barack Obama to cease and desist from any and all activity not expressly granted to the federal government under the Constitution.
